Sourced from the world's largest archipelago, processed to the highest international standards.

Frozen Fish

Yellowfin Tuna — Loin, saku, cube, steak, chunk, ground meat. Available in standard frozen and SUPER FROZEN at -45 degrees C for sashimi-grade quality preservation.

Other Species: Red Snapper, Grouper, Barramundi, Skip Jack, Kingfish, Emperor, Tilapia, Pangasius, Catfish, Milkfish.

Capacity: 70,000 MT / 13 Plants

Frozen Cephalopods

Octopus: Flower shape, ball, cut raw, whole cooked, leg cooked, cut cooked, slice cooked, baby octopus.

Squid Loligo: Fillet block, sushi fillet, sushi sugata, sushi tentacle.

Cuttlefish: Whole cleaned, ring cleaned.

Pasteurized Crab Meat

Blue Swimming Crab — Jumbo lump, lump, and claw meat. Daily delivery from fishing communities, pasteurization, and canning to preserve freshness and quality.

Capacity: 3,000 MT / 2 Plants

Dried Seafood

Chirimen — Baby anchovy, sun-dried. One of the world's largest producers.

Other products: Dried Indiana Anchovy Himego, Dried Trevally Shimaaji, Flying Fish Roe.

Surimi & Surimi-Based Products

Block frozen surimi, fish balls, nuggets, tempura, baso seafood. Wide range of surimi-based products for retail and foodservice markets.

Edamame and soy beans processed from dedicated agricultural facilities. Premium quality for export markets.

Super Frozen Technology: -45 degrees C

Our advanced super-freezing technology preserves tuna at -45 degrees Celsius, maintaining sashimi-grade quality from ocean to plate. This cellular-level preservation technique locks in freshness, texture, and nutritional value far beyond conventional freezing methods.
