Yellowfin Tuna (loin, saku, cube, steak, chunk, ground — plus super frozen at -45°C), Red Snapper, Grouper, Barramundi, Skip Jack, Kingfish, Emperor, Tilapia, Pangasius, Catfish, Milkfish. 70,000 MT capacity across 13 plants.
Octopus (flower shape, ball, cut raw, whole cooked, leg cooked, cut cooked, slice cooked, baby octopus). Squid Loligo (fillet block, sushi fillet, sushi sugata, sushi tentacle). Cuttlefish (whole cleaned, ring cleaned).
Blue Swimming Crab — jumbo lump, lump, and claw meat. Daily delivery from fishing communities, pasteurization, and canning. 3,000 MT capacity across 2 plants.
Chirimen (baby anchovy, sun-dried — one of the world's largest producers), Dried Indiana Anchovy Himego, Dried Trevally Shimaaji, Flying Fish Roe. 5,500 MT / 27 plants.
Block frozen surimi, fish balls, nuggets, tempura, baso seafood. 60,000 MT capacity across 6 plants.
Edamame and assorted vegetables processed from 6 dedicated plants. 40,000 MT annual capacity.
